Refunds:
Open Source Code Software cannot be returned regardless of delivery method. Once the code is available to you the software is considered to be an Open item.

Payments returned for 'stop-payment' or credit card 'charge-back' will be considered fraud. We reserve the right to prosecute you to the fullest extent allowed by law. 

The governing laws of the State of California will apply, in addition to United States Federal Law, United States Copyright Laws and International Copyright Laws.
